How long does it take to make my bag?
Each Crochic bag is handmade, so please allow approximately 7 days for your order to be prepared before shipping.

We currently ship across Europe.
Can I customize my bag?
Yes! Many of our designs can be customized. You can request different colours, sizes or other details. Visit our Custom Orders page or contact us to tell us about your idea.
How much is shipping?
Shipping within Spain is €6.99, and shipping to the rest of Europe is €8.99.
Shipping is free in Spain on orders over €60 and in the rest of Europe on orders over €100.
Can I return my order?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Can I return a personalized bag?
Personalized or custom-made bags cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How do I take care of my crochet bag?
Treat your handmade bag with care. Avoid washing it unless specifically instructed, and keep it away from excessive moisture and rough surfaces.
